Every service provided is more than a simple appointment; it’s an experience carefully designed to bring out your natural features while honoring your individuality. We work with precision and artistry, focusing on the small touches that make the biggest difference. Whether it’s lashes, waxing, or brows, our approach is rooted in creating balance, harmony, and enhancement — not disguise. Our clients come to us because they value beauty that feels authentic yet elevated, effortless yet refined. This is a space where you’re not just receiving a service, but taking time for yourself. Where every detail matters, and where you leave feeling not only polished, but more deeply connected to your own unique beauty. Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required for ALL services. Your appointment request is not secured until the deposit is paid. • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and apply toward your total after service is completed. • If we decline a booking request, any deposit paid will be returned automatically (system-supported). • Booking Window: Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment start time. • Rebooking/Re-scheduling after a forfeited deposit requires a new deposit. Late Policy (Time is Luxury) • Please arrive on time and ready. • 15 minutes late: $10 late fee is added to your service. • 20 minutes late or more: your appointment is canceled, your deposit is forfeited, and you must rebook with a new deposit. No-Call / No-Show Policy • If a client no-shows, a fee of 30% of the remaining balance will result in the card on file being charged at our discretion, per our booking protection policy. Payments • Cash is accepted. Card is accepted through GlossGenius. Tap to pay is accepted. Zelle is accepted. • Convenience fee: Any third-party payment method that requires a manual transfer (Cash App / PayPal / Apple Pay) includes a $3 convenience fee. • Tips are always appreciated but never required. • We do not offer refunds for any services, under any circumstances. If any problems or abnormal fallout is experienced, this should be reported to us within 48 hrs to avoid additional fees. Client Standards + Right to Refuse • Beauty’s Favorite is a luxury experience. Clients are expected to show respect for time, energy, and professionalism. • Repeated issues such as lateness, multiple deposit failures, frequent cancellations, no-shows, or disrespectful behavior will result in being banned from future booking. • We reserve the right to refuse service and/or future bookings for any lawful reason to protect our business, peace, and client experience.
